Founded by young Japanese designer Ryota Iwai, Auralee means 'the land that lights up'.

'Our ultimate goal has always been to create clothing for real people to cherish and wear. We want to make garments that exist outside of just the runway, a wardrobe that is wearable and that brings joy to people’s everyday lives as well', says Ryota Iwai, who studied in Bunka Fashion College and worked at SO-EN magazine before starting his own brand.

Auralee produces premium apparel entirely in native Japan. The brand is best know for usage of original fabrics developed after extensive research of the best high-quality raw materials and yarns.  Auralee has collaborated with New Balance on a pair of sneakers.
