Luar is the reversed namesake label of Williamsburg-based Raul Lopez, co-founder of Hood By Air. The philosophy of the brand lies in the intersection of New York City and Dominican Republic. He began to design at the age of 12 and was inspired by the downtown New York scene he saw growing up.
