RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on full-priced items and sale items that are not marked as FINAL SALE and meet the following conditions.

1. Eligible for Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit

(with the exception of vintage and final sale items)

  • Clothing

  • Shoes

2. Eligible for Store Credit Only

  • Jewelry

  • Handbags

  • Accessories

3. Final Sale (Non-returnable)

  • Perfumes and other beauty products

  • Intimates/Lingerie

  • Swimwear

  • Socks and hosiery

  • Leather items

  • Hats and caps

 


 

Return Requirements

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, with all original tags  attached.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

  • You have 7 days from receiving your order to ship the return.

 


 

Return Process

  1. Contact us at orders@tons-shop.com to initiate a return.

  2. We will email you a return label.

  3. Drop off the return at your nearest USPS location.

  4. A $15 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund as well as the shipping fee (if one was paid)

  5. We will notify you once your return is received and processed.

 


 

Processing Times

  • Returns are processed within 2 business days of receipt.

  • Processing times may be longer during peak periods (holidays etc).

 


 

Shipping Fees

  • Return shipping fees are deducted from the refund.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable for domestic orders.

  • International orders are responsible for their own return shipping.

  • Returned items remain your responsibility until received, so please ensure they are securely packaged.

 


 

Receiving a Refund

Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email confirmation that your refund has been issued.

Refunds will exclude:

  • $15

  • Initial delivery cost

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method:

  • Credit Card: Depending on the banking institution, Refunds will be credited to your account within 10 business days from receipt of returned items.

  • PayPal: Refund will appear in your PayPal account within 24 hours after the refund confirmation email is sent.
