Payments
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
As part of our ongoing efforts to combat credit card fraud, we may require additional identification verification for large orders, international orders and/or when your shipping and billing addresses do not match.
In this case we will contact you by email or by telephone. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason.
We offer customers the option to pay for their order in full at checkout or to pay in installment payments via Shop Pay for orders from 50 USD.
Shipping
Same-Day Pickup: Orders placed before 6:00 pm can be picked up the same day, while orders placed after will be ready the following business day.
Notification System: Customers receive an email notification when their order is ready for pickup.
Pickup Hours: Available during store hours only 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Order Hold: Orders will be held for a maximum of 7 days. After this, uncollected orders may be restocked, and the payment refunded. To extend this period, please email orders@tons-shop.com.
ID Requirement: For verification, customers should bring a photo ID and order confirmation.

Available Shipping Methods:
1. UPS Ground Free Standard Shipping
Free shipping applies to standard UPS Ground, with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days.
2. UPS Next Day Air Shipping
Available for orders placed by 1:00 pm EST on business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after this cutoff will be shipped the following business day. Cost: $30.
All orders are trackable. Once we book the pickup with the delivery service, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status. Please note that delivery time frames begin from the dispatch date.
TONS utilizes UPS for all orders within the United States. Please note that orders will only be shipped once payment and delivery details are approved.

- Free for all orders over $399.
- A $20 delivery fee applies to all orders below $400.
2. UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping (2 Business Days)
- $30.00

3. UPS Next Day Air Shipping (1 Business Day)

TONS uses UPS for all international deliveries. The standard economy delivery fee is $60. All additional taxes, customs fees, and import duties imposed by the client’s local government are the responsibility of the client.
Items are shipped from Pittsburgh, PA, US, accompanied by an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US dollars.
All orders are trackable. Once your order is scheduled for pickup by the delivery service, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status. Please note that delivery time frames start from the dispatch date.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and a tracking number has been generated, TONS’ responsibility for the shipment ends.
TONS is not responsible for any delays, loss, theft, or damage to packages that occur after the shipment leaves our warehouse. Delivery timelines and delivery confirmations are provided by third-party carriers and are not guaranteed.
TONS is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer. In such cases, the customer is responsible for contacting the carrier directly to initiate an investigation or file a claim.
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. TONS is not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Replacement or refunds for orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns on full-priced items and sale items that are not marked as FINAL SALE and meet the following conditions.

- Items must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, with all original tags attached.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- You have 7 days from receiving your order to ship the return.

- We will email you a return label.
- Drop off the return at your nearest USPS location.
- A $15 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund as well as the shipping fee (if one was paid)
- We will notify you once your return is received and processed.
- A $5 fee will be applied to eligible returns that have damaged packaging.
- Returns are processed within 2 business days of receipt.
- Processing times may be longer during peak periods (holidays etc).
- Return shipping fees are deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable for domestic orders.
- International orders are responsible for their own return shipping.
- Returned items remain your responsibility until received, so please ensure they are securely packaged.
Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email confirmation that your refund has been issued.
Refunds will exclude:

- Initial delivery cost
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method:
- Credit Card: Depending on the banking institution, Refunds will be credited to your account within 10 business days from receipt of returned items.
- PayPal: Refund will appear in your PayPal account within 24 hours after the refund confirmation email is sent.
Items are eligible for return within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unworn and have all original tags attached. The packaging must also be in good condition to qualify for a full refund. Please note that clearance items, fragrances and beauty products, as well as any intimates or swimwear, are Final Sale.
Store credit will be issued for eligible items returned outside of the 7-day window.
A $5 fee will be applied to eligible returns that have damaged packaging.
We gladly accept exchanges for eligible items, subject to the following terms:
— The original order must be returned to us under our standard return conditions.
— Once we receive and process the returned item, you will receive an email confirmation that your exchange is ready to ship.
— A $30 fee applies for the new shipping of all exchanges.
Original delivery costs are refundable.
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@tons-shop.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that all customer-initiated cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. This fee reflects the non-refundable transaction costs charged by our payment processor at the time of purchase — costs that are not returned to us upon cancellation, regardless of order status.
Example
On a $500 order, the cancellation fee would be $25. The remaining $475 would be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
No fee applies in cases where the cancellation is initiated by TONS — for example, due to an item becoming unavailable, a shipping issue, or an error on our end. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for next steps.

Refunds or credits will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by the TONS Team. Your return will be inspected and processed within two business days. Please allow 3 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Items eligible for refund or exchange must be returned in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached. Exchanges will only be made for the correct item or size. Once an item is exchanged it is considered a final sale item and will no longer be eligible for exchanges or returns.

Sizing
All sizes displayed on the website reflect original sizing from the product manufacturer. If you have any questions regarding sizing, please do not hesitate to contact orders@tons-shop.com. We will be able provide measurements and any additional information on the products for you.
Additional info
Please note that all Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exceptions are damaged items. If you would like to return a defective product, you must notify us no later than 7 days after delivery. No returns will be accepted if you fail to notify us within the 7 day period or fail to ship the product back to us.
Should you need to return your purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your return, book your collection and have your items sent back to the warehouse.
TONS is unable to provide size exchanges, returns, or store credit for items marked 'final sale' on the product page. TONS does not offer price adjustments and all items purchased on promo are Final Sale.
TONS aims to fulfill all orders as soon as possible! Our goal is to release your order within 2 days after it’s received. Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. During peak periods, processing times may exceed 2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment’s tracking information.
All orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) before 1.00 pm EST will begin processing that day and ship within 2 business days, pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 1.00 pm EST will begin processing the next business day.
Orders placed on Friday after 1.00 pm EST will begin processing the following Monday.
Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, where they were made, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, are added to your order total and collected by your county.
TONS is not able to provide a refund for any foreign transaction fees. Please check your local customs website for more information.
This charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes: The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases from the U.S. and Duties charged for processing by your country.
International Custom Duties are not included in the shipping fee, and these are the customer's responsibility.
We are unable to alter product details that will affect the duties and taxes for your order.
If you have questions about the approximate cost of duties and taxes for your package please contact your local DHLwith your tracking information.
Duties and taxes are to be paid by the recipient upon the package's arrival.
In the rare occasion, TONS shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any services provided. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused during shipment is the responsibility of the postal service/courier. TONS does not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen items.
TONS sells high-end designer labels from all over the world. Sizes may vary from brand to brand. Model measurements are provided to help in the decision on preferred size. For exact measurements of a garment, please contact our customer care at orders@tons-shop.com.
TONS guarantees the authenticity of every product we stock. Certain items may also include the designer's own proof of authenticity, such as an authenticity card, dust bag, etc.
1. Promo codes cannot be combined with any other promo codes or discounts.
2. Promotion codes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.
3. The first-order promo code can be used only once per customer.
4. Promo codes must be redeemed by the published expiration date, if provided.
5. Some items are excluded from promotional offers; if a product falls under exclusions, the promo code may not apply.
6. Promo codes are valid exclusively during the promotional period indicated.
7. Price adjustments or refunds for missed promo codes are not issued after the promotion has ended.
8. If the promotional period has expired, the promo code cannot be applied to any order.
